Consultation
This package is for clients only seeking to consult on the listed services and is billed at Kshs. 3,000.
The package entails:
- One hour consultation in-person, or
- One hour virtual consultation
Basic
This package is for organizations or individuals that need assistance with the preparation of requisite documents for various processes and is billed at Kshs. 20,000.
The package offers:
- Preparation of requisite documents.
- One hour of in-person or virtual consultation
Standard
This package is tailor made specifically for start ups that need assistance with the entire registration process. This package is billed at an all-inclusive cost of Kshs. 100,000 for National NGOs and Kshs. 150,000 for International NGOs. The above cost is exclusive of the statutory costs which are Kshs. 17,400 for National NGOs and Kshs. 31,400 for International NGOs.
The package offers:
- Name search and reservation.
- Preparation of requisite documents.
- Guidance throughout the registration process.
- In-person or virtual consultation during the registration period.
Business
This package is for short term post registration services and is billed dependent on the service being sought.
The package entails:
- One hour in-person or virtual consultation
- The service(s) required.
Silver
This package is for clients who would want temporary post-registration support and is billed at an all-inclusive cost of Kshs. 150,000 for National NGOs and Kshs. 200,000 for International NGOs. The above cost is exclusive of the statutory costs which are Kshs. 17,400 for National NGOs and Kshs. 31,400 for International NGOs.
The package entails:
- Entire registration process.
- Consultation throughout the registration period.
- Two-hour training (virtual or in-person) on post registration compliance and organizational practices.
- Two months post registration consultation and support exclusive of any statutory costs involved.
Premium
This package is for start ups and already registered NGOs and foundations that want long term consultancy services. The contract period for this package is One year mutually renewable. It is billed dependent on the services sought and agreed upon and is exclusive all involved statutory costs.
The package entails :
- Entire registration process for start ups.
- Two hour training (virtual or in-person) on post registration compliance and organizational practices.
- 12 Months post registration consultation and support.
- Compliance Management.
Public Relations management, Marketing and Resource Mobilization.
Any other service agreed upon by the client and the firm.
